The top eight qualifiers were Tobey, Sharon, Peta Roberts, Veronica Ntoumenopoulos, Karie Liggins, Helen Logie, Catherine Witherow and Jenny Elphick. After some hard fought matches earlier in the week, Tobey and Sharon played a great final in glorious sunny weather. After being 2 up at lunch, Tobey clawed her way back to be just 1 under after 31 holes but Sharon held her nerve and won a closely contested match on the 35<sup>th<\/sup> hole. It was very pleasing to see such a large crowd following the match, especially after lunch and they were treated to some excellent golf.
