J<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lkcc.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/IMG_0460-001.JPG\" width=\"277\" height=\"185\" \/>oined by head chef Ben Day from award winning restaurant and vineyard, Knee Deep Wines in Willyabrup, a delectable four course menu was enjoyed by all attending.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Towards the end of the night, Ben Day joined the room to touch on his time at Knee Deep Wines and what inspired the different choice of dishes for last night\u2019s menu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Back of house there were all hands on deck to produce the different techniques of cooking displayed in last night\u2019s fantastic food display.
