Re-opening of the Bistro

On Wednesday night seventy lucky members and their guests were treated an absolute gastronomical delight to celebrate the re-opening of the Lake Karrinyup Bistro. This culinary masterpiece was the product of the combination of the talents of Chris Taylor, the new consultant chef to the Bistro, and our own Executive Chef Richard Pothecary.

The menu featured many entree and main tasting plates to give the members a sneak preview of the new style menu which will be introduced on Frday night. The Bistro will continue to open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday breakfast and lunch. The first Wednesday of each month will be a BYO night. We have decided to limit the numbers for each evening so it would be wise to book ahead.

As many of you know Chris is the Executive Chef and part owner of Frasers and several other top eateries in Perth. He will be responsible for designing four new menus throughout the year along with nightly specials. Judging by the response on Wednesday there is no doubt that the Bistro will be well patronised throughout the year.  Richard and Sophie and their staff members look forward to giving you a memorable evening.
