Guest Chef Night – Wednesday 2nd May 2012

Guest Chef Brad Leahy (Head Chef at Bluewater Grill) cooked up a magnificent Marroccan & Seafood feast to a full house of 82 members and guests on the 2nd May.  A delectable 4 course meal was prepared with the assistance of our own Richard and his team, and being a BYO night also enabled guest sommelier Patrick Salord from Frasers and Indiana to decant some lovely wines for the diners.  Libby Larsen’s guest was the lucky recipient of the Degustation Dinner Voucher from Bluewater Grill.  A fabulous night was had by all those lucky enough to reserve a table.
