Important Member Information re. Tournament

Course and Clubhouse Access

Members are reminded that the main course, short course and all practice facilities will be closed and go in to tournament mode from midnight this Saturday. This will also include the Club Storage Facilities (Main Buggy Room and under pool area). Clubhouse facilities and ALL surrounds will be closed to all members on both Sunday 14th and Monday 15th.  There will be no access or service available on these two days as preparation of the course and clubhouse continue.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause members however access and courtyard food and beverage services will resume to all members holding their complimentary season’s pass from Tuesday 16th October.  Members will be required to park on the Short Course and will require their Season’s Pass too access this car parking area (green Season’s Pass) and the venue.

Members playing at other Clubs next week must ensure they take their clubs out of the buggy room no later than 6pm Saturday night.

Tickets

Members are reminded that all tickets must be collected by 5pm this Saturday. When collecting your pre ordered Season’s Pass do not forget to collect your 2 complimentary clubhouse access passes which can be used to bring two visitors in to the clubhouse and courtyard areas. Please note that these passes are not General Admission tickets. These need to be purchased separately.

Member Clubhouse Access

Members holding a Season’s Pass will gain access to the Courtyard, Terrace Area and the front section of the Main Bar during the Perth International. Drinks and light meals can be purchased and consumed in these areas. Please note that the Bar will close each evening at 6.30pm sharp with the exception of the Sunday night where trading hours may be extended. 

Breakfast

We would like to remind members that a full buffet breakfast will be available on the Thursday and Friday mornings of the Tournament in the Main Bar from 7.15-9.00am at a cost of $35 per person.  Bookings are not essential but can be made by phoning the office.  Guests holding a Clubhouse Access Pass are also most welcome. 

Dress Code

Your support is requested to ensure that members and guests entering the clubhouse and courtyard are appropriately dressed, ie. golf attire is the minimum standard (no denim).
