Although it was to be simply a Par round for the Ladies competition, Tuesday April 2nd, it turned out to be anything but an ordinary day. Cath Witherow and Helen Logie turned the day on it’s head with Cath having an Albatross on the 2nd hole and Helen Logie a Hole in One on the 5th.
For Cath, it was an amazing drive to the bottom of the hill of the 2nd, followed by a 6 iron (out of a divot) straight into the hole!
For Helen it was an easy 5 iron, which she thought may have been too much club, straight at the pin and IN! To top the day, Helen finished with a fabulous score of +7.
