John Neylan, Senior Agronomist with Turfgrass Consulting & Research recently prepared a detailed report on his Inspection of Greens at Lake Karrinyup.
An inspection of all greens was undertaken in April 2013 to assess their condition from an agronomic perspective and their preparation as a playing surface. At that time the primary concern regarding the greens was the perceived softness of the surface and the damage from pitch marks. An inspection was undertaken on the 16 and 17 September 2013 as a follow up visit to evaluate the remedial methods that had been implemented to improve surface quality.
