Friday evening at the Club marked what was quite possiby a “first” at Lake Karrinyup! Matt Campbell (member and son of Ian Campbell) proposed to his girlfrield Lauren down at the Lake. Matt told her that she was coming to the Club for the Pizza night down at the lake and so on her arrival, Anna (our Senior Function Co-ordinator) took Lauren down to the Lake in a buggy and waiting there was Matt where he proposed. Lauren said “yes” and the happy couple had dinner in the bistro that night where their parents then joined them for a celebratory drink.
