Over 50 senior gents attended a morning tea on Wednesday 4th February in the club’s Main Bar. President Jim Crockett welcomed the group as they sipped their coffees and enjoyed some muffins. Some interesting facts that Jim mentioned were that of the 55 gentleman present, the combined age total was 4,422 years (average age of 80.4) and the total combined years of membership was 2,190 (an average of 39.8 years).
A lovely morning was had by those present and a few stories were told of years gone by.
