The Ladies 2015 Season commenced Thursday 12th March with the Daisy Savage, 2015 Ladies’ Opening Day. 168 ladies on the Main Course and 38 on the North Course braved very hot conditions and returned fantastic scores.
The Winners on the Main Course 18 Holes 4BBB: Rosamund Poustie and Brenda Earnshaw on a count back with 47 Points. Runners up also on a count back : Anne Hector and Gigi Risch 47 Points from Jodie Benney and Tarn Hede.
The North Course Winners 14 Holes 4BBB: Andrea Colthart and Fenella Duncan 37 points; Runners up Jeanie Whittaker and Susanna Swinney.
Members of the General Committee, the Ladies committee and other Ladies committees were invited to attend a thank you drink in the halfway prior to presentations, President Jim Crocket presented the ladies with the Member’s Trophy for 2015.Ladies President Anne Kofoed presented 50 year membership badges to Betty Brisbout and Elizabeth Green.
Golf was followed by a delicious 3 course dinner in the dinning room with beautiful flower arrangements provided by our flower committee lead by Martine Dickson.
