The ladies celebrated their 2016 golfing season on Thursday 17th November with 164 on the Main course and 22 on the North course for Closing Day. The event was Canadian Foursome with Hannah Thomson and Vicki King winning the Main Course with 39 points and the runners up Di Tomlin and Victoria Malone closely behind with 38. The North Course ladies found the competition a bit tougher with the winners Lin Turner and Joy Campbell on 34 points. The annual presentations took place in the bar, including GWA silver spoon, International bowl, Eclectics, Jade Putter consistency, Order of Merit, 2’s and the very prestigious Members trophies. Unfortunately the winners of the members trophies Margot Kay on the Main course and Dany Lehembre on the North Course were not able to make the presentations, well done ladies ! click here for a full list of the awards.

180 ladies enjoyed a delicious dinner and were delighted to have Helen Logie toast to LKCC and share with them her experiences and history with LKCC. Once the formalities were over, Vice Captain, Maddi Baxter turned up the music and the ladies poured on to the dance floor. A fantastic night had by all!
