On Thursday 16th March the Ladies season was opened with the annual Daisy Savage Bowl.
Ladies’ President Rosemary Fowler gave the official welcome and John Hanly was invited to present the Members’ Trophy to the ladies, which will be played for and presented to the winner at the end of the year.
The winners on the Main Course were Cheryl Miller and Morag Harris, with an amazing score of 51. Maddi Baxter and Maryanne Larsen were runners up with 50 points.
On the North Course the winners were Michelle Dragicevich and Delia Gigglns with a score of 44. Runners up were Vickie Kirkham and Helen Crowley with 40.
Following the presentations all moved into the dining room for a dinner with an Irish flare as it was so close to St Patrick’s Day.
