The Regional Seniors was held at Kalgoorlie Goldfields GC and attended by 20 ladies from LKCC.
We played 2 rounds of golf on this magnificent picturesque course. The weather was perfect, and the kangaroos were out in their hundreds when the sun began to set.
Our themed dinner was The Wild West, and all the ladies dressed up for the occasion. Although the scores were not great it was a fun 2 days in the goldfields.
Most of the ladies travelled by train with a couple of us taking our cars. The drive was long but easy with plenty of places to stop for a coffee.
The accommodation was organised by Maxine Waller, who unfortunately was unable to join us, and the coordination of the trip was well done by Claire. A good time was had by all.
