A very successful Ladies Charity Day 2018

On Thursday 14th June the LKCC lady golfers played nine holes of novelty golf which was organised by Claire, Joanne Ford and Club volunteers, to raise money for Parkerville Children and Youth Care.

We were blessed with gorgeous sunshine, the drinks cart at hand and Club Champions to drive our balls on the 6th and 17th holes.  A little slice of heaven and all for charity!

Thanks to all our members who participated and volunteered their time on the day.  As is tradition on LKCC Charity Day tempting stalls were set up with morning tea, cakes, preserves, craft and raffles.

Special thanks to our stall holders, Charity Day Committee members and our many donors who worked so hard to make our Charity Day a success. We are very grateful to our sponsors, including many members, who provided thousands of dollars of prizes for the raffles on the day, the Silent Auction and the Charity Day Major Raffle which was launched on Thursday.
