New Handicap Login Process effective Tuesday 4th September

Further to our Enews contact back on the 24th July (see copy below), we would like to remind members that the new login process to view handicaps and handicap history will come into effect from tomorrow.

As of Tuesday 4th September 2018, all members will need to login to view their handicap history.

Golf Australia are currently implementing a new player login process to increase communication and provide better support for golf clubs and members. During this process, all members will need to visit the Golf Australia website and register to create a new user login. Starting Tuesday, when a member clicks to view their handicap history in the MiClub online member portal, they will be directed to a Golf Australia registration page where they can create a new login. Once registered, members will need to remain logged in to view their handicap history directly from the members portal.

Golf Australia – New log-in process to view handicaps and handicap histories

Please see attached a communication from Golf Australia CEO Stephen Pitt advising that from Tuesday 4 September all golfers and officials will need to log-in to view handicaps and handicap histories on www.golf.org.au.

The new log-in process will only apply when handicap or score history information is being accessed on www.golf.org.au.  Nothing will change for the experience of a member when they remain within their club software system.  Also attached is a table of scenarios that clarifies when the new log-in process will be required, and when there is no change.
