Congratulations to our 2018 Men’s Club Champion, Duncan Hamilton.
Following three previous runner-up finishes in the event and playing some very solid golf over the entire Championship ,Duncan defeated a gallant Peter Robinson 5 and 4 in a match played in great spirit throughout the entire 32 holes.
In the Championship Plate Final, the match between Craig Lubich & Tim Allison was the tightest of the day being square for most of it, however a win on the 34th & 35th Holes saw Tim Allison the eventual winner 2 and 1.
For the first time in 2018, a Senior Championship was introduced and saw Barry Jones the inaugural winner over Jules Harris, 3 and 2 in a fantastic match ending on the 34th Hole. Barry at the young age of 81 played some unbelievable golf in this gross event and eventual very popular winner.
