On Wednesday the 21st of August the Singlefile Wine Degustation took place in the Dining Room with record number of 70 members and guests in attendance.
The delicious 4 course menu prepared by our Executive Chef Dean was perfectly matched with 10 delightful Singlefile wines throughout the night.
The Singlefile co- founder Patrick Corbett joined our Sommelier Darry to discuss the fine wines perfectly matched to the menu. Patrick chatted with the guests prior to each course being served with lots of insightful wine knowledge.
