An Extraordinary General Meeting of Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Inc) will be held at the Club House at 6.00pm on Tuesday 20th July 2021.
At the conclusion of the EGM, an information session will be conducted and the following strategic items will be presented to Members:
- the launch of the Strategic Plan 2021-2025;
- an update on the replacement of the Club House roof project; and
- the installation of a new Golf Course reticulation system.

VOTING
We have engaged an independent organisation, ElectionBuddy to conduct the ballot and further information and instructions regarding the electronic voting process will be emailed to all members with voting rights at noon today (Monday 5th July) via a sending email address invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com. The email is “from” Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Inc.) with a subject line “Vote Now: Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Inc.) – Extraordinary General Meeting 2021”. If you are a member with voting rights and you do not receive this email on Monday, please check your junk mail as it may have been picked up by some spam filters or alternatively contact the office.
I would encourage all members to cast their vote, with electronic voting closing on Monday, 19th July 2021 at 4.00pm. You can still vote at the EGM if you are a member with voting rights and even if you vote electronically, you are still more than welcome to attend the EGM at the Clubhouse at 6.00pm on Tuesday 20th July 2021.
Members with voting rights are:
Male ordinary members; male provisional ordinary members of more than 6 months standing; male senior ordinary members; male senior members ( special category) and male north course members;
Female ordinary members; female provisional ordinary members of more than 6 months standing; female members; provisional female members and female north course members of more than 6 months standing; female senior ordinary members; female senior members (special category); and senior female members.
