31 members attended the Extraordinary General Meeting of Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Inc) which was held at the Club House at 6.00pm on Tuesday 20th July 2021.
400 eligible voting members voted electronically leading up to the EGM with 6 eligible voters attending on the night. We are pleased to advise that the 3 resolutions listed below were overwhelmingly passed and the Constitution will be amended and circulated to members once the process of all documentation being lodged and passed with the Department of Commerce takes place. The resolutions were:
- Golf Course and Club House Endowment Fund;
- Proposed amendments to the Constitution in relation to Non-Playing Membership; and
- Proposed amendments to the Constitution in relation to the Lake Karrinyup Capital Fund.

At the conclusion of the EGM, an information session was conducted and the following strategic items were presented to Members:
- the launch of the Strategic Plan 2021-2025;
- an update on the replacement of the Club House roof project; and
- the installation of a new Golf Course reticulation system.
