2021 Senior Women’s Pennant Winners LKCC – 22nd August 2021
After 5 rounds and one wash out, the LKCC Senior Women’s Pennant team won the 2021 Pennant with 8 points, closely followed by WAGC and Mt Lawley on 7 points.
The team played some brilliant golf during the season, with terrific fight backs and many of the matches going to the 18th hole.
The season was played in windy, rainy and freezing conditions on most Mondays, with a beautiful day for the final contest at Cottesloe. With very fast and undulating greens, the team found it difficult to drop putts. After nail biting matches, the LKCC team secured 3 matches to win against Nedlands and give us the two points needed for the Pennant.
