Sheridan Clancy had a fantastic win in the TPS Murray River (Junior) event yesterday which was televised live on Fox Sports.
After being away on the East Coast since early January playing in several golf events, Sheridan made the most of the opportunity to play in the TPS Murray River event. Played over 2 days, Sheridan had a fantastic round on Saturday being 4 under after 14 holes, playing with her idol Hannah Green and Andrew Evans in the final group, she led the Junior event on +1 at the end of the day. She followed up playing in the final group on Sunday and going -1 to be the first female to win the Junior event and join Hannah as the first female to win a mixed gender 72 hole competition anywhere in the world.
Excellent golf from Sheridan and a wonderful experience for our LKCC Junior Member.
