The 2022 golfing season officially opened on Saturday 12th March with the playing of the Locksley Hall Trophy and 68 mixed pairings enjoying a fantastic afternoon and evening at the Club.
The well deserving winners and awarded the traditional silver goblets for 2022 with a great nett score of 69.125 was Morag & Jules Harris. Congratulations Morag and Jules ! Only 0.75 behind and runners-up for 2022 were Cam Gillard and Peta Roberts on 68.875. Nearest the pins were awarded to Amanda Lekias (5th), Jules Harris (8th), Fiza Sophian (12th) and Chris Schrape (17th).
Captain, Phil Grice welcomed members to presentations in the Main Bar and introduced President, Geoff Anderson who addressed the membership which was followed by General Manager, Gavin Burt’s speech. Phil was joined by Female Members’ Captain, Amanda Lekias to present all the prize winners of the day (click here).
Dinner guests were treated to a delightful meal post golf in the dining room.
