The 2023 Karrinyup Cup and Club Dinner took place on Saturday with the Main and North Course competing for the esteemed trophy.
Despite a wet morning and some intermittent rain across the afternoon a field of over 270 competed in the 18 Hole Stroke event with the course presented at it’s best once again.
A tradition commencing back in 1949, the Karrinyup Cup has been a Saturday competition followed by the Annual Club Dinner, with the winner required to be in attendance at the black tie Club Dinner.
With a remarkable score of 66 Nett, the winner of the Karrinyup Cup for 2023 was Matt Turnbull, taking a 2 stroke victory over the chasing pack. On the North Course it was David Bignold that claimed the winner’s trophy, with a score of 63 Nett.
Alongside the golf presentation, the Club also recognized those who reached 50 years of club membership in 2023. Congratulations.
