The 96th Annual General Meeting of Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Inc) will be held at the Clubhouse at 6.00pm on Monday 13th November 2023.
AGENDA
1. Confirm the minutes of the 95th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 8th November 2022.
2. To receive and if thought fit, adopt the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st August 2023.
3. Election of President (male or female) – to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.
4. Election of Vice President (male or female) – to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.
5. Election of Men’s Captain (male) – to be voted by men who are eligible to vote.
6. Election of Men’s Vice Captain (male) – to be voted by men who are eligible to vote.
7. Election of 3 (three) members (male or female) of the Committee – to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.
8. Election of 1 (one) member (female) of the Committee – to be voted by women who are eligible to vote.
9. Election of 2 (two) members (male or female) of the Finance Committee – to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.
11. Appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year.
12. General Business; Motion to pursuant to Rule 18.1(d)
“That the Members instruct the General Committee to implement a reduction in the number of instances when Corporate Groups (being any group of players on the course not at the invitation of Members – but excluding Charity and Reciprocity usage) are permitted use of the Main Course to a maximum of 5 per year”.
