Sunday 5th November was a historic day for LKCC with both Men’s & Women’s Finals coming together for the first setting up a club celebration across the day for our various finalists.
Our worthy champions for 2023 in the end were Hannah Mitchell who defeated Georgia Garner Dart 7 & 5 in the Women’s Championship Final and Travis Temm, defeating Joseph Owen on the 36th Hole 1 up in a fantastic Men’s Championship match.
The support by members across the day was unbelievable, with a tournament like atmosphere around the 18th green to see Travis Temm hole a 12 foot Par putt for victory and crowd erupting in applause.
