On Tuesday, November 7th, LKCC hosted a unique Melbourne Cup experience with our inaugural Cup Garden Party, and it proved to be a fantastic event. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for enjoying bubbly in the courtyard while witnessing Without a Fight emerge victorious in the 2023 Melbourne Cup.
The Garden Party, attended by 150 members and their guests, transformed the courtyard into a lively gathering. Attendees indulged in delightful drinks, an impressive array of cheese, meats, fruits, decadent desserts, and an extraordinary seafood spread. The atmosphere was further enhanced by the captivating performance of Get it On, who had most of the crowd up and dancing by the day’s end.
A huge thank you goes to Tanya, Andrew, Gio, and their entire team who orchestrated the event seamlessly. We’ve received so much positive feedback, and we’re delighted that everyone had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Craig Ridge for his excellent job as MC and the dedicated office staff who managed the sweep station—we hope you all celebrated some win.
