After a long year with plenty of golf, too many shots and many memorable moments, the Women’s Closing Day and Presentations wrapped up the 2023 season on Thursday.
With Canadian Foursomes Stableford the annual format, over 220 players took part across the Main and North Course and enjoyed the warm spring weather.
The due of Jill Dorrington and Rebecca McGinn combined for 38 points, narrowly beating Peta Roberts and Diane Gillard by a single point.
The North Course winners were Ann McDonald and Elaine Dunleavy with the pair tallying 38 points on the adjusted layout.
Thank you to all who participated and remained patient given the large fields on the day.
The Weekend Women also wrapped their season with Robin Challenor and Shiela Klimczyk keeping the trend going by also winning with 38 points on Sunday morning.
After the conclusion of play, presentations were held for the season awards – well done to all winners across the various divisions.
