On Sunday the 18th May 2025 the annual challenge for the Dixie Clement Putter trophy was held at Royal Perth.
Congratulations to all LKCC Members who made the trek south of the river to attempt the tough task of retaining the trophy, away from home.
The results unfortunately saw Royal Perth reclaim the trophy with a win of 18 matches to 9 matches with 1 draw.
The day and games were played with great spirit and it was an opportunity to remind our members of our close relationships with RPGC Members and also to catch up with old friends. Congratulations to those who won their match.
This event is an important part of our annual golf calendar amongst many like it within our club continuing rivalries and friendships against other golf clubs in WA and across Australia. Golf is the game that unites many communities and gives all club members and golf players the opportunity to make new acquaintances with people who have a common interest.
A valiant effort to all who participated, and we look forward to next year when the trophy will be reclaimed!
The overall standings of this event are:
LKCC: 43 Wins
RPGC: 38 Wins
Halves: 3 apiece
