The Men’s Stirling Bowl was played in great spirit on Sunday 25th May, with teams from Lake Karrinyup, WAGC and Mt Lawley GC competing in the annually contested event between the clubs residing in the City of Stirling. The weather forecast was ominous, however, the rain only had to be navigated for the first couple of holes – a great outcome considering the initial outlook!

As usual, the home club advantage was too great a hurdle to overcome for the visiting teams, with WAGC claiming the 2025 honours.
Their team total (best 21 out of the 27 scores) was -56, finishing ahead of a valiantly contested LKCC with -87 and MLGC bringing up the rear with -105.
A big shout out goes to our top performing players: Frank Di Nardo, Martin Heffernan & Stephen Moloney on -2, Brian McGuiness on square, and last-minute Course Superintendent ring up Fraser Brown on +2!
A great day of competitive golf and camaraderie between the clubs, enabling and growing our interclub friendships — congratulations to WAGC on lifting the 2025 Stirling Bowl!

Next year will be hosted at Mount Lawley Golf Club, where we will hopefully regain the trophy!
