Members are advised that the road resurfacing works at the roundabout of Duffy Road and North Beach Road, originally planned for late January, have been rescheduled by the City of Stirling.
The works will now occur across several weekends in March between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
The roundabout will be closed on the following dates:
- Saturday 7 March
- Sunday 8 March
- Saturday 14 March
- Saturday 28 March
- Sunday 29 March
Members may notice signage in the area referring to works between 7 March – 29 March, however the roundabout closures will only occur on the above weekend dates.

Please be advised that the City of Stirling will be undertaking road works at the intersection of Duffy Road, North Beach Road and Balcatta Road (Carine), which may affect access to the Club during late January and early February 2026.
Preparation Works for Road Resurfacing
- Scope: Removal and replacement of Kerbing, drainage gully (where required)
- Commencement: Mid to End January 2026 between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Asphalt Works
- Scope: Profiling out old asphalt road, laying new asphalt
- Working Day: 31 January, 1 February 2026 between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Please note that if the above schedule is delayed due to weather conditions or contractor availability, the City will aim to start the project within one week of the above dates.
Traffic and Access
- Detours will be in place during the works
- Lane and road closures are expected at various times
- Local access will be maintained where possible
- Please allow additional travel time and follow all traffic signage
