2026 Men’s Opening Day – Chalice Pairs

The Chalice Pairs continues to stand as one of the most anticipated events on the LKCC calendar, marking the official Men’s Opening Day. First played in 1984, with inaugural winners Paul Annand and John Gillard, the event has grown into a proud tradition celebrating both competition and camaraderie among members.

This year’s Men’s Opening Day was held on Saturday, 14th March, with 241 members contesting the 4BBB Par format on the Main Course, and a further 55 members competing on the North Course.
