Our new Executive Chef Dean Williams shared his culinary experience and presented some delectable dishes along with fine wines from Langmeil Wines at the Guest Chef evening on Wednesday 12th August.
The event was a “sell-out” with over 110 members and their guests enjoying a food & wine experience in the Club’s Dining Room. Canapes were enjoyed on arrival, followed by a delicious 3 course meal with accompanying wines from Langmeil to complement each dish. Our General Manager Damon Lonnie introduced the Langmeil Chief Winemaker Paul Lindner and also our Chef Dean Williams who both gave an insight into their careers, etc.
An enjoyable evening was had by all in attendance.
