Much like the regular season, Mount Lawley and Lake Karrinyup could only be separated by the narrowest of margins as Lake Karrinyup fought valiantly despite being on the back foot for the majority of the day’s play. Great effort ladies!
METRO PENNANTS Finals
LKCC Division 1 Ladies Team played a tightly contested match on Sunday at Cottesloe unfortunately being defeated by the young Mt Lawley team. A close match with some of WA’s top amateurs including Hannah Green (soon to turn professional) with a result of 4/3 to MLGC, their first win since 1961. The new format with the Division 1 ladies playing on a Sunday drew a great crowd to support the ladies, and the GolfWA web updating the scores live was another new feature this year that added to the excitment of the day.

Div 2 had a loss for their final match against Nedlands but finished 5th for the season. Div 2 final is at Nedlands GC between RPGC and The Vines
