Members are reminded that the 90th Annual General Meeting of members will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 8th March, 2018 commencing at 7.30pm.
In accordance with the Club Constitution, nominations are now called for the positions of President (male or female), Vice-President (male or female), Captain (male), three (3) members (male or female) of the Committee, one (1) member of the Committee (female) and two (2) members (male or female) of the Finance Committee.
Nomination forms are available for collection from the General Manager or his nominee. Each candidate for election must be nominated in writing signed by a proposer and seconder (being members who are either: Foundation Members, Ordinary Members, Lady Members, or Provisional Ordinary Members or Provisional Lady Members of not less than 5 years standing) and endorsed with the consent in writing of the candidate.
