On Saturday the 11th of November LKCC hosted a Champagne Master Class with Master of Wine Ned Goodwin. Ned is the Asia Pacific Ambassador for Charles Heidsieck and Piper Heidsieck.
There was a line up of 6 Champagnes to taste with two Non Vintage, 2 Rose’s and 2 Vintage Wines that members were delighted to taste and discuss. The Members who attended were able to taste and compare the champagnes from the two different houses and were offered a vast amount of knowledge from Ned.
