The much anticipated Gala Winter Ball took place on Saturday 16th June and 115 members and guests were treated to a very special “Monte Carlo” style evening. The President and his wife greeted guests as they drank champagne in the courtyard, admiring the shiny sleek Lotus and sporty red Lexus on show. A devine 4 course meal was served in the dining room with entertainment provided by the Courtney Murphy Trio.
The dance floor was full, the cocktails were flowing and thousands of dollars were being gambled in the Bistro “Casino”. This was a hugely successful and thoroughly enjoyable evening at the Club and everyone involved with the organising is to be congratulated. (More pictures to follow shortly) …..
