Further to the post below advising members of the Meeting on the 19th December, we would like to thank the 293 members who attended. The purpose of this meeting was for the membership to consider and if thought fit, vote in favour of the Clubhouse Master Plan Phase One Implementation Proposal.
We are pleased to inform members that of the 279 eligible voters, 78% voted in favour of the Proposal and Phase 1 of the Master Plan will proceed in 2018. Further details will follow shortly.
30th November – As advised previously the Building Committee has been working on the design for the first phase of the Clubhouse Master Plan, comprising the refurbishment of the Members’ Lounge and Bar, the construction of a new Members’ Grill adjacent to the first tee and the expansion and refurbishment of the Pro Shop.
The intention has always been to present the concepts to members and seek their approval to proceed with implementation once the design has been developed to a sufficient level to allow members to make an informed decision. We are now at this stage.

A meeting of members has been called for Tuesday 19th December 2017 at 7.30pm to consider the proposal to implement this first phase of the Clubhouse Master Plan.
In the lead up to this meeting, two information sessions will be held in the Member’s Lounge at 7.30pm on Tuesday 5th December and Thursday 7th December to allow members to hear a presentation by Christou Design, and provide members the opportunity to ask questions about the proposal. Please book yourself in via the on-line booking sheet for the 5th or 7th December.
Architectural drawings and artist impressions of the proposed work will be available to view in the Member’s Bar from Friday 1st December.
