The 2012 Ladies Jubilee Foursomes took place on Thursday 26th July with a field of 132 on the Main Course and 20 on the Short Course. The weather was kinder than 2011, however the Main Course played tough, with the winners Rose Millmore and Anne Hector on a count back of 35, to Tobey Robinson and Susan Williams. It was a day out for the Margarets on the Short Course, with a winning score of 41 from Margaret Wallace and Margaret Medcalf, runners up Judy Hall and Lorraine Hammond 39.
A sumptuous dinner to follow in the dining room was ‘A Day at the Races’ theme, ladies attended in their frocks and silks. Entertainment was provided from the ladies committee, a couple of Failed Fillies and the Golf Nags, the room look spectacular. A day and night that was once again a huge success!
