On Wednesday the 25th of September the Sittella Wine Degustation took place in the Bistro with 47 members and guests in attendance.
The delicious 4 course menu prepared by our Executive Chef Dean was perfectly matched with 12 delightful Sittella wines throughout the night.
The Sittella wine maker Yuri Berns joined our Sommelier Darry to discuss the fine wines perfectly matched to the menu. Yuri chatted with the guests prior to each course being served with lots of insightful wine knowledge.
