Congratulations to our very own Joe Owen on winning the City of Perth Championship yesterday (26th July) 2up at Royal Perth Golf Club over Jordan Jung from Mount Lawley. Joe was also the top qualifier after round of 71, 69 in the Stroke Play event last weekend.
Coincidentally, over 55 years ago, our esteemed member, Barry Jones won this event back to back in 1963 and 1964. I’m sure you will all agree that we have two fine, outstanding members in both Joe and Barry, who we are all very proud of.
