At Thursday night’s Extraordinary General Meeting (30th July) all eight resolutions put forward were approved by those members present along with those who voted electronically.
In total 409 members with voting rights participated in the voting process which equates to more than 44% of those eligible to vote.
Amongst the resolutions approved were a number relating to membership category changes or deletions that will result in:
- A material reduction in the number of membership categories the club has;
- Provide an improved pathway for younger members; and
- Offer a more appropriate offering for non-playing members.
