The Archives Working Group has now been operating for over six months, meeting on average twice a month. Several sessions were spent on formulating an Archive Policy which was approved by the General Committee at their September meeting. It outlines the responsibilities of the Archive Committee, identifies the Club’s archive collection criteria, states how collections will be acquired and includes a donor form for donating to the Club’s archive. Once the current collection is sorted and catalogued, this donor form will be available to members.
