2022 Womens Club Champion, Sheridan Clancy
Sheridan was the defending champion winning this prestigious 36-hole event 12 months ago. On the 25th August Sheridan took on Carmen Palframan who has recently been selected for the Australian Senior National Squad. Sheridan was 4up after the morning round in perfect weather conditions. A big crowd of supporters came out to watch this great contest, Sheridan and Carmen eventually finished on 28th hole, with Sheridan winning the 36-hole Championship Match 9&8.
Congratulations to Francesca Fazzari winning the Muriel Meecham Cup 5&4, Jenny Simpson winning the Bronze Championship 2&1 and Jan King winning the Silver Championship 6&5.
Out on the North Course, Karina Horsley was the Championship winner, defeating Lyn Welman 2up. The Transitional North Course Women playing in the final were Lucy Gent and Danielle Hyde, with Danielle victorious with a score of 9&8. Congratulations to all the finalists.
