The Summer Cup was held on Sunday 10 February and with a forecast top of 41 degrees, the field dropped as the week progressed. In the end there were 96 starters including a number of guests from clubs around Perth, interstate and even overseas. The individual Stableford event kicked off at 8am with a shotgun start and while the temperature didn’t soar early a strong easterly made scoring tough. After golf, players enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch prepared by our chefs. Presentations took place between the main and dessert where Michael Dandridge was announced as the winner on a countback from Cam Gillard both on 38 points.
