The first round of the 2024 Lake Cup at Lake Karrinyup was an exciting event. 18 players were within four shots of the leader, Russell Ellen. The challenging winds and fast greens tested everyone’s skills as they competed for the Lake Cup and a chance to qualify for the upcoming Club Championships.
In the final round on Sunday, October 13th, Ying Li, who was just one shot behind after Round 1, delivered an impressive performance with a nett 70, securing victory with 139 Nett. Advanced Junior Cam Krahner also made a strong showing, posting a nett 69 to finish second with 141 Nett.
Competitors were also vying for spots in the 2024 Club Championships. Congratulations to all participants, and best of luck to those qualifying for the Club Championships!
