The Jubilee Foursomes was held on Sunday 5 May with a field of 60 enjoying a great day out. After starting with breakfast and the traditional goon juice players embarked on round one with the field moving very quickly under the 6 players foursomes format. Ian Campbell and Haydn Chrystal set the early pace enjoying the lunchtime leadership after a round of nett 70. After a relaxing lunch round 2 resulted in some improved scoring with Con Barron and Gordon Gow taking out the second round with a nett 71. The champions of the day however were Captain John Hanly (backing up from a 2012 win with Stuart Jones) and Steve Palframan who backed up their morning round of 76 with and exceptional 68 in the afternoon to finish with a 36 hole total of 144, winning by 1 shot from Chrystal and Campbell. John and Steve also took out the gross prize with a 36 hole total of 156.
