The Fawlty Towers Themed Dinner Show was a huge success on Tuesday 7th May. The night was attended by over 140 members and their guests and they were treated to a night of hilarious laughter although some were a bit bewildered and bamboozled to begin with! The cast of Fawlty Towers – Basil, Cybil and Manuel – were in attendance and caused havoc and mayhem to what is normally a reasonably quiet and controlled dining room. LKCC exceeded service expectations all evening with the “special touch and organisational (or should we say dis-organisational) skills” and there was great food, good wine and lots of laughter. Not to mention what could have been the first ever Conga line around the dining room to the bar and back, underwear being worn on the outside and Cybil’s hair in food!!!!
