The bistro was converted into a classroom setting on Wednesday 29th May for the Penfolds Masterclass evening. Anthony and winemaker, Peter, from Penfolds were kind enough to share their knowledge and passion for the brand over an extraordinary display of wine with members and their guests. Those in attendance enjoyed samples of St Henri, Bin 707 and the 100 point, 2008 Grange, as well as being treated to an exquisite six course meal put together by Richard.
