Seven Members fought through the wind and rain last night to get involved in Brett’s fourth cooking class for the year. Last night’s focus was on Pizza – the group created their own pizza dough learning about the fermentation of the yeast and then prepared a table full of pizza to enjoy with a glass of red wine. Another successful cooking class at LKCC – stay tuned for the announcement of the next class.
