The Christmas Cup was held on Saturday 7th December with a relatively small field of 100. The popular Mixed Canadian Foursomes Stableford format ensures a very social afternoon and allows everyone to get around in quick time. This year’s winners were Mike and Amanda Lekias despite Mike blowing a shoe and playing 16 holes in his socks!! They won on a countback from Peter and Tobey Robinson also on 36 points. In third place were Rod and Dyana Fripp with 34 points. After presentations were completed players and partners moved through to the Dining Room for a gourmet buffet and all enjoyed a great night of food, wine and live entertainment from Purple Haze.
